WJA is happy to welcome Alexander A. Stoklosa to the office for a one week internship. Alex comes to us from the University of Michigan (alma mater of Elizabeth Zorza and Zubin Rao, as well) where he is a junior studying architecture. An Evanston native, Alex is already familiar with Chicagoland and will now deepen his knowledge of the building industry. While here, he will help on projects in the office, attend off-site meetings with architects, and go to various lectures & events around town.

Alex meets with Diane and Elizabeth to go over his schedule for the week

Last week, Mike joined 80 WWII Veterans in a trip to the nation’s capitol city with a group called Honor Flight Chicago. Mike served asas as a guardian for a WWII veteran. The trip honored the Veterans’ service, and gave them a chance to tour the WWII Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial and National Air & Space Museum, among other things.
