Seeking: Office Manager/Architectural Administrator

Worn Jerabek Architects is seeking an office manager. The firm specializes in sustainable design, affordable housing and architecture for people with disabilities. Because the office manager interacts with clients, vendors and consultants this person is the public face and voice of the firm. For this reason, the successful candidate must present a professional, upbeat persona.

The duties of this position can be learned: the correct temperament, and a willingness to learn are the only specific requirements. The firm will assist with your education and training in the skills you need.

Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for all office manager tasks large and small, ranging from reception and filing to maintaining all company records in QuickBooks, Filemaker Pro and other software applications.

Compensation
Position is salaried with full benefits, including health/dental insurance, and profit sharing.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
