Todd Wiltse was awarded his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon in 1994 with a special focus on sustainable building techniques. Mr. Wiltse has thirteen years of experience on a range of projects, both new construction and renovation, for residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional clients. He recently served as the lead Project Architect for Station Square, a new residential and retail town center at Prairie Crossing, a transit-oriented conservation community in Grayslake, Illinois.

Mr. Wiltse served as designer and Project Manager for the Rebecca Port Faculty Student Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago, a project that converted an unused 2.5 story exterior volume at the base of Walter Netsch's historic University Hall into a dynamic space for student and faculty interaction. He has been involved in several supportive-living and independent seniors projects, with responsibilities that included site planning, design, construction document production, and construction administration. Outside the office, Mr. Wiltse has served as an Associate Adjunct Professor of Building Science at the UIC School of Architecture, and has been a frequent guest studio critic at both IIT and UIC.

Todd is currently overseeing the final phase of an addition/renovation for the Park Lawn Center, a 42-bed intermediate care facility for adults with developmental disabilities. Previously, he was a team leader on Ross Architecture's winning entry for the City of Chicago's "Green Homes" international design competition. He also recently won second place at the Bucktown Apple Pie Contest, and is especially proud of liberating an animatronic woolly mammoth from Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry.
