BRADLEY II SENIOR APARTMENTS Forty-two units of single story townhomes designed using Universal Design techniques. The project is funded using Affordable Housing Tax Credits and is age restricted. By clustering single story townhomes together, the project strives to create a balance between independence and community. Designed using the seven principles of Universal Design, residents are able to use all aspects of their homes and community even as their abilities change due to aging.
