PARK BOULEVARD Park Boulevard is new construction of a seven story, 72,000 sq. ft. building with 55 units, two-thirds of which are designated as either affordable or CHA. The first floor of the building is dedicated to retail/commercial space. The building is part of the Hope VI redevelopment of the historic Stateway Gardens CHA site and is part of a planned development.
