HERRIN PINEVIEW APARTMENTS Recently completed 50 unit affordable housing development in Herrin, Illinois. The complex features an outdoor recreation area, playground and central community building. The project was planned in a traditional neighborhood block pattern. Each home has a front porch facing the streets which creates a defensible space and fosters a sense of community.
